This is the Policy of MyBet Pty Ltd (A.C.N. 667 462 188) trading as MyBet (hereinafter "MyBet"). MyBet is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (hereinafter referred to as "the Privacy Act").

- In carrying on a business as a licensed corporate bookmaker by the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, MyBet may collect Personal Information about people who:

- send MyBet queries or information;
- provide services to MyBet or on MyBet's behalf;
- apply to become or are MyBet's employees; and
- are individuals or companies associated with MyBet's business partners and service providers.
- MyBet is committed to ensuring that the Personal Information it collects is collected, used, disclosed and protected in accordance with the Privacy Act and this Privacy Policy.
- By opening an account with MyBet, you expressly agree to be bound by MyBet's Terms and Conditions in conjunction with this Privacy Policy.
- Collection of Personal Information
- If you apply to be, or are, a MyBet customer, MyBet will collect Personal Information about you:
- to process your application to become a member of MyBet;
- to operate your account and provide services to you;
- to identify you as a member for security purposes and to comply with MyBet's legal obligations, including statutory obligations imposed upon MyBet by the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF Act), and regulatory requirements;

- The minimum specific attributes of Personal Information that MyBet may collect about its customers for identification, verification and account management purposes includes:
- Full name;
- Residential address;
- Date of Birth;
- Gender;
- Photographs or images;
- Information contained in identification documentation;
- Personally submitted preferences;
- Bank account and debit card information;
- Financial information;
- Email address;
- IP address;
- Betting activities and behavioural data;
- Phone number(s); and
- recordings of all telephone calls and Website activity.
- You must only provide accurate information that you are authorised to disclose to allow MyBet to use your Personal Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
- To verify the Personal Information you provide to MyBet, MyBet may use a document verification service. This service involves a request to have the information you provide matched against official records and may involve use of secure third-party systems and services.
- MyBet will ordinarily collect your Personal Information directly from you, primarily through your use of the Website, over the telephone or at on-course venues. MyBet may also collect Personal Information from others, for example, MyBet's related bodies corporate, affiliates with which MyBet partners with to offer you a range of services and rewards, or through agents or affiliates with whom MyBet engages to undertake marketing activities.
- If you apply to be, or are, a MyBet customer, MyBet will collect Personal Information about you:
- Dealing With MyBet Anonymously
- Where appropriate, MyBet will allow you to deal with it on an anonymous basis or using a pseudonym. If you, however, do not provide MyBet with the Personal Information MyBet requests, MyBet may be unable to process your application to open an account, enable you to participate in the full range of services offered by MyBet, provide you with the services you require, process your job application, or enter into arrangements with you or your company.
- Notification About Collection of Personal Information
- When MyBet collects Personal Information about you, MyBet is required to take reasonable steps to ensure that you are aware of certain information relating to collection, use, disclosure and handling of Personal Information. MyBet may provide the information derived from such profiling or analysis in de-identified form to potential and existing stakeholders.
- MyBet may disclose your Personal Information, where appropriate and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements:
- to MyBet's associated entities, agents and affiliates who undertake promotional and marketing activities on our behalf (including contacting you with special offers that may be of interest);
- to organisations that provide services (including IT, consultancy and advisory services) to MyBet;

- where MyBet considers disclosure is necessary to eliminate or minimise a risk to public health or safety;
- to law enforcement agencies to assist in the prevention of criminal activities;
- to establish or defend a legal claim; and
- where the disclosure is otherwise required by law.
- MyBet will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any Personal Information which is disclosed to a third party is protected by that party in accordance with the Privacy Act and APPs, and is used only for the purpose(s) for which MyBet supplied that information to that party. Usually, this is done by imposing contractual requirements on or seeking assurances from third parties as to their compliance with the Privacy Act and APPs.
- Direct Marketing and Opting-out
- From time to time, MyBet may use and disclose your Personal Information to inform you about MyBet's (and its associated entities') products or services or about promotional activities, which MyBet believes may be of interest to you. MyBet may do this at on-course venues, via email, SMS, telephone or mail.
- If you no longer wish to receive marketing or promotional material from MyBet at all or in any particular form, you may contact us at any time by email to [email protected] with your request, with which will be actioned as soon as is practicable. - Management and Security of Data and Information

- MyBet's employees, agents and contractors are required to maintain the confidentiality of members' personal information.
- MyBet takes reasonable measures to ensure that Personal Information which it collects is accurate, complete and current and also when it uses and discloses it, that it is relevant, having regard to the purpose for which it is being used or disclosed. MyBet will give you the opportunity to correct and update Personal Information at any time and may contact you on a periodic basis to seek the most current information from you. MyBet will correct your Personal Information if it is satisfied that it is accurate and needs to be corrected.
- Prohibited Persons
- Persons under the age of eighteen (18) are prohibited from becoming members and will be denied access to our services. MyBet will not accept their Personal Information for the purposes of opening a betting account.
- Persons who self-exclude from membership of MyBet and/or receiving products, services and communications from MyBet (in accordance with MyBet's Responsible Gambling Policy or where MyBet is otherwise directed to exclude a person by a law enforcement agency or regulatory authority, these persons will have their Personal Information recorded that indicate the status of that person's exclusion to ensure no marketing communications or other offers are sent to that person.

To do so, you will need to provide evidence to confirm your identity before MyBet can provide access. MyBet will respond to all requests for access within a reasonable timeframe of the request, generally not exceeding thirty (30) days. If your request is particularly complex or requires detailed searching of MyBet's records, there may be a cost to you for MyBet to provide the information.

- MyBet may, however, refuse a request for access in certain circumstances set out in the Privacy Act and APPs, including (but not limited to) where:
- MyBet has reason to suspect unlawful activity or misconduct of a serious nature may occur as a result of provision of access;
- MyBet has reason to believe giving access would pose a serious threat to life, health or safety of an individual, or to public health or public safety;
- MyBet is required or authorised to do so under an Australian law or court/tribunal order;
- the request is frivolous or vexatious; and
- giving access would be likely to prejudice enforcement related activities by or on behalf of an enforcement body.
- If MyBet refuses your request or cannot give you access in the manner you have requested, MyBet will do what it can to meet your request by other means. If MyBet refuses to grant access to your Personal Information, MyBet will advise you in writing of the refusal, the reasons for the refusal, and the complaint mechanisms available to you.
- If you believe that the Personal Information MyBet holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, please let MyBet know and it will investigate and correct any inaccuracies if so satisfied that a correction is required. Your Personal Information can be updated or corrected by you in 'Account' menu of the Website at any time after you log in.
